    Every boarding, verified.

    Each student boards with a QR or NFC check. Stops are numbers on the manifest, never addresses.

  3. 03 / Interdistrict

    Across the line, on schedule.

    Interdistrict routes cross town lines. GPS logs every mile, including deadhead.

  4. 04 / Arrival

    Arrival, confirmed.

    A geofence confirms arrival, and drop-off is verified at the school.

  5. 05 / Post-trip

    No child left on board.

    A post-trip check of the whole cabin closes every run.

A child's address never appears on a manifest. Stops are numbers and students are secure IDs, so private details stay private.
